We are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. If you are worried about your order, please choose to insure it at checkout. 

Shipping turn around times are posted where you choose your shipping option. 

When you order a pre-order item, we hold your entire order until your preorder item is ready to ship. Please specify if you would like two separate shipments.
